Team Challenge

view

The thrill of the chase, the desire to achieve, and perceived competition often result in non-stop action as teams race against the clock in the Team Challenge.

Each team is given the same objective - Score as Many Points as You Can. However this event is not about winning - but rather about maximising opportunity! Typically teams choose to compete, with winning in mind. However co-operation can do more to maximise point-scoring opportunities for a collective ‘win’.

This event is about each team working to do their best at strategic planning, problem solving, communicating, and collaborating. Positive competition equals a positive result for all, unless of course it has been all action without strategic planning and co-operation. How does your organisation function? And will that be reflected in the Team Challenge?
