Each participant is quickly engaged and enthralled as they learn to follow simple hand percussion rhythms. Progressing to drums, the hand percussion rhythms are enhanced and amplified. Bass drums, African drums, cuicas, cow-bells, shakers and other instruments are combinded to produce a universal and connecting sound.
Different teams may learn different rhythms, combining to create the fascinating syncopation of global rhythms, thundering away in full harmony to a momentous crescendo.
