Training and Development

The goal of any training and development program is to teach new skills and change behaviour. At Team Focus we believe that behaviour change starts with changing mindsets and our training and development programs reflect that. Each program is designed to challenge the way people think, provide new perspectives, and then teach new skills. Sounds simple enough but achieving it takes genuine experience and skill, which we have plenty of. Try our unique training and development formula and you will be amazed. 

We have found that the best way to challenge how people think is through experiential learning and the best way to change what people do is to teach them more effective skills and then check whether they are using them. That’s why we recommend our assessment tools (ATs) with all our skill development programs.

All our workshops are designed to challenge how people think and then teach them new skills to be more effective. However all our skill development programs are designed to not only teach new skills but to assess how effectively people have adopted those skills.
