Team Development

We all know that improving team performance can enhance productivity and profit. The challenge is that while teams are the heart of most organisations they rarely function effectively. Team development is critical to your organisation. It seems everyone has examples of teams that have been dysfunctional, and subsequently been unproductive. When working with teams we use a number of assessment mechanisms including:

  • Surveys and questionnaires (both customised and generic)

  • Experiential Exercises

Quite often an experiential activity will highlight the issues that exist within a team. As such they can often be used as a means of assessment.


Development
