Ross has worked in Learning and Development with a specific focus in Leadership, Management and Team Development for almost 20 years.

With a keen interest in human behaviour, Ross has a Masters Degree in Communication Management and has studied many behavioural sciences including NLP, MBTI, DiSC and the Human Synergistics instruments LSI, OCI and GSI.

With practical experience in Retail, Small Business and Call Centre environments, Ross brings great balance and perspective to his work.
